·   Collaborated with 5 subcontractors and a site manager to create and manage the budget and schedule for the completion of an $85 million data center in Austin, Texas within 9 months managing IT staff and work crews on a 7/24 schedule. Provided technical guidance on disaster recovery services, network topology, infrastructure requirements (i.e. heat load, power requirements), configuration of servers, switches and routers installed in 6500 racks, Wi-Fi installations, and telecom (Avaya, PBX, VOIP – Voice over IP) installations throughout the 100,000 square foot data center.  Completed a financial audit and discovery of 15 million dollars of overcharges by our Network (CAT 5/6) fiber provider resulting in a credit to the project.

·   Provided consultation for Austin-Bergstrom’s airport technical architecture and security plan design.  Updated architecture lay out to represent new network drops, security camera locations, and connections to the City’s Dark Fiber.  The scope of work performed at Austin Bergstrom airport resulted in a  60% increase of the City of Austin’s network availability for city employees and a 85% increase in security visibility utilizing ATZ cameras around the airport baggage terminals, airport terminals, MIS building, airport runways, Airport Police Station, and all entrance/exit points within the airport.
